Our client, an international design, engineering, and project and construction management consulting firm based in Qatar are currently seeking a Senior Construction Manager to work on a very prestigious project.Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate progressive experience in the following Significant prior experience working at a professional Construction Management level both as a contractor and as a client-side consultant. Reviewing and managing the contractor's progress. Reviewing and approving of contractor's payment requests and issue payment certificates as appropriate. Provide responses to requests for Information from the contractors and site offices. Reviewing as-built drawings and the OandM manuals for accuracy and adequacy Monitoring the contractor's progress and prepare progress reports on a monthly basis. Scheduling and chairing site progress site meetings.
