Location: Dubai, UAE

Project Profile: Implementation of a Security Architecture for a large enterprise in the Telecom space

Please note that we are looking for Architects and not Firewall or IDS/IPS Engineers

Job Description

· Assist the Senior Architect in developing comprehensive infrastructure security architectures.

· Responsible for designing, integrating and implementing security components with minimal supervision.

· Assist in building security programs linked to business processes with a clear vision and well defined goals.

· Provide support for architecting strategic security design plans and project approaches.

· Support the development of a complete security risk and incident management program.

· Good understanding and experience in general security technologies, including NT, W2K and UNIX operating systems, networking, firewalls, scanners, security policies, physical security, cryptography, PKI, directory services, VPN, IP-Sec, etc.

· Responsible in assessing compliance of security policies and practices in accordance with regulations and best practices

Skills and Knowledge:

2-3 years experience in security project implementation experience with Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems(IDS), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS)

Experience in at least two large enterprise security implementation projects with considerable exposure to security design considerations, architecture/design

Strong knowledge of network architecture

Strong knowledge of system interrelations/integration

Strong knowledge of systems design

Demonstrated ability to balance and prioritize simultaneous projects/program facets

Desired certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM

Strong judgment, decision making, and ability to assess and manage risk

Mature problem analysis and issue management techniques

Ethical Hacking and Computer Forensics certifications/training desired

Education/Certifications

Required: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Networking, Electronics and Communications, Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronics or a similar technical field

Desired: At least one relevant certification such as CISSP, CISA, CISM

Desired: Ethical Hacking and Computer Forensics certifications/training
