Definition:

The entry level position (less than 2 years experience). This position works under direct supervision to apply set policies and guidelines. The suitable candidate will show willingness for learning and quickly developing his/her accounting skills and adapt to the applied accounting system

Position summary:

Apply principles of accounting in recording the journal entries and analyzing the financial information to prepare the financial reports by compiling information, and utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures.

Position responsibilities:

1. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.

2. Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.

3. Coordinate with the Accounting Supervisor in preparing the balances for the budgeted financial statements.

4. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.

5. Prepare and review revenue reports, expenses, payroll entries, invoices, issue payment vouchers and prepare bank reconciliations for the bank statements and other accounting documents.

6. Resolve accounting discrepancies.

7. Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audit procedures.

8. Other duties as assigned.
